Linear Tunnel Type Vial Washing Machine
Vial washing machines of the tunnel type are made to wash vials’ exterior and interior surfaces in sporadic linear motion.
While being washed, vials are kept in pockets. While it has one water and air wash to clean the outside, it has six to eight washing stations with three to five internal water washes of recycled water, purified water, and WFI and three to five air washes. These washing cycles are adaptable and can be tailored to the needs of the customer.
To guarantee the right pressure for cleaning, the machine has three centrifugal pumps and three tanks, one each for recycled water, purified water, and WFI.
